Week 1 -         Profiteroles

Week 2 -         Eclairs

Week 3 -         Brownies and Paris Brest

What will I study?

Perfecting baking skills for tea parties with various choux pastry desserts for all ages. Products over the three weeks will range from beginner to intermediate level and can be experimented with other flavours and ingredients. All products made will be taken home at the end of the class.

How will I be assessed?

You will be making a range of products and developing techniques over the three weeks as welling as gaining the knowledge and tips to re-create these products at home.
