Overview

The course is for any amateur cooks or anyone interested in making food. There are no professional skills required.

What will I study?

You will learn how to make your own fabulous Pasta. You will start by learning how to make your pasta dough, what methods are needed for the perfect pasta, practice rolling your pasta dough getting the correct thickness. You will have the opportunity to learn how to make the pasta shapes for Lasagne, Tagliatelle, Fuselli and Farfalle, which you can take home with you to cook.

Once you know how to do this you can amaze your friends at parties, cook with your children or just simply whip them up for a weekend treat. Delegates must be 16 or over to attend this course.
