- What will I study?
You will learn how to make your own fabulous Bread. You will start by learning how to make your bread dough, what methods are needed for the perfect rise, practice rolling and kneading the dough getting the correct texture and elasticity. You will have the opportunity to learn how to make a loaf and some buns, you will also be able take your dough home with you to cook.
Once you know how, you can amaze your friends at parties, cook with your children or just simply whip them up for a weekend treat.
