Developing and maintaining strong team is vital, it will help you get the best performance from each team member in order to achieve your business goals. This course explores how you interact with others in the workplace. The ILM (Institute of Leadership & Management) recognises that all organisations are different; their qualifications are designed with the in-built flexibility to adapt to meet employers' diverse staff development needs. The unique unit-based qualifications structure gives employers the freedom to select from an array of optional units, to build programmes that deliver the specific skills and knowledge required from their colleagues.

The course will provide you with a clear understanding of exactly what "effective working relationships" are - and how to cultivate them within your team, you'll consider the key components of an effective team and the symptoms of a dysfunctional one together with the stages involved in team development and management.
