Overview

This course is suitable for someone new to MS Access or with some experience.  It will take the attendee through the various aspects and Functionality of MS Access including a brief introduction to Database Design.

Further ACCESS Queries (Aggregate and Parameter)

SUM, AVG, MIN, MAX, FIRST, LAST, GROUP BY, COUNT

Introduction to Access Reports

Data Representation in reports and formatting

Further ACCESS Reports

Grouping and Sorting Data

Introduction to ACCESS Forms and Interface Design

Data entry forms, Bound and Unbound

Further ACCESS Forms and Introducing Macros

Dialogues, Switchboards, Sub forms, Form Buttons and Actions

Bringing it all together with a finished application

Rounding off the various aspects of the MS ACCESS application students have built upon each week.

Good basic use of computers/navigating screens in Microsoft.  This course is suitable for someone new to MS Access or with some experience.
