The catering and hospitality industry is diverse, providing meals and snacks for millions of people every day. The content of this qualification is underpinned by the belief that to work as a successful chef in the catering industry it is essential to have a good foundation.

What will I study?

Methods of Cookery, Knife skills, how to prepare and cook vegetable and food safety.

How will I be assessed?

You will be assessed in both your practical skills and via a multiple choice examination.
