Hub Funding Adviser
Hours: 2 x positions available - 0.6 FTE 22.2 hours per week or 1 role at 0.7 FTE: 25.9 hours per week and 2nd role will be 0.5 FTE 18.5 hours per week
You will work within the Student Finance Team advising students of the financial support available to them, assisting students in making applications for funds and bursaries, raising general awareness of support funding, administering applications and making payments to relevant parties. This will include all funding streams to which the College has an entitlement.
What we are looking for
Internal applications are invited from candidates who have a Level 3 qualification or relevant work experience. You will have experience of a customer service background and knowledge of understanding student loans and support funds. We are looking for an individual who has experience/knowledge of using IT Systems including the operation of computerised information relating to learner and curriculum data.
