Before Blackburn College will issue you with your Confirmation of Acceptance to Studies (CAS) Letter, you will be required to pay a deposit of £2,000 towards the cost of your tuition fees. All deposit payments or payments in full must be non-cash and where payments is by cheque, bankers draft or credit / debit card (telephone transactions not accepted), it must be in the learner’s own name. The preference is payment by bank transfer directly into the college bank account.Please ask your bank to use your full name and date of birth as the reference when you are making a payment to us. This will help us process the payment smoothly for you.

The deposit is only partially refundable in the case of a visa refusal and we will require original documentation from the British Embassy or High Commission Office concerned. An administration fee of £100 will be retained to cover College administration costs. The £1,900 refund will be made by cheque, payable to the learner. The deposit will be refunded in full in the event that the College closes the course selected and the alternatives offered are not acceptable to the student.

How to Pay

You will need to apply through the Centurus system first which can be done here. Further instructions will be given when your payment is due.
