Julie Ashcroft

I am an enthusiastic people person, truly motivated by supporting others to achieve. I have experience of teaching across degree and professional qualifications, working with people at all levels from CEOs and MDs to apprentices.

My particular interests are emotional intelligence and effective leadership and the relationship between two to ensure that employees are engaged, and organisations are productive. Mental health and wellbeing in the workplace, workplace culture built on trust and respect and the ever changing face of the workplace are also topics I am passionate about as we move towards more agile, appropriate and cost-effective 21st Century organisations.
