Recent Research Projects

Previously involved in the Prometheus project at UCBC – hope to pick this up again during 2019-20 academic year.

Teaching and Professional Activities

Collaborated on the development of the new FDEng programme and involved in later progress of the Degree Level Apprenticeship offerings – now validated for September 2019 entry.

The existing programmes have also recently undergone an evaluation of the assessments and a major amendment to the validation has been agreed to address issues of over-assessing, resulting in a more streamlined approach which should allow for more opportunity to include constructive and timely feedback (both formative and summative).

As a module leader, setting specific content and updating as necessary and designing, writing, verifying and marking assessments.
