Blackburn College to offer coveted CIMA Diploma.
The University Centre at Blackburn College is delighted to announce the launch of a new Chartered Institute of Management Accounting qualification, due to commence in January 2018.
The Chartered Institute of Management Accounting (CIMA) is the world’s leading and largest, professional body of management accountants, and provides students with industry relevant qualifications in Finance and Business.
Leyton Ramskill, CIMA’s Lead Manager for Learning and Development said: “We are delighted to be welcoming Blackburn College to the family of CIMA tuition providers.”

Caroline Bracewell, Academic Lead for Business and Accounting at the University Centre at Blackburn College (UCBC) said “We are very excited to be launching the CIMA Diploma in Management Accounting (Operational Level).”
“It is the perfect choice for students wishing to obtain a Chartered Management Accountant Qualification and allows continuation after the AAT Level 4 Professional Diploma in Accounting, which you can study at the University Centre at Blackburn College.”

The CIMA Diploma was launched at a special event held at the University Centre at Blackburn College, where prospective students were able to gain an overview of the course content and an insight into the benefits of the CIMA programme.
