Eve studied Blackburn College’s Public Services (Uniformed or Non-Uniformed) Level 3 course and achieved a Triple Distinction Star (D*, D*, D*). Congratulations and good luck, Eve!

Eve said: “I chose to study at Blackburn College because the course offered everything I needed and the support I required for future studies. Also, the College’s campus was close to home making it very accessible and easy to travel to.

“I have mostly enjoyed the variety of modules you cover when studying this Public Services course, everything you do day-to-day is different. Whilst on the course I thoroughly enjoyed my week-long residential at ROF Swynnerton Army Training Camp.

“Blackburn College has prepared me for a career in the future by both broadening my knowledge and extending it for the next stages of my learning. I completed multiple modules including Leadership, which will specifically help with my chosen University course.”

She added: “My tutors supported me to achieve my goals by pushing me and encouraging me to achieve the best I could. If I struggled with anything they were always there to advise me and help me strive higher.

“I am joining the University of Central Lancashire (UCLan) to study their BA (Hons) Outdoor Adventure Leadership Degree course. After this I’m targeting successful entry into the RAF as a Police Officer.”
