"I chose Blackburn University Centre as I always knew that it was the place of study that was best for me."

I had originally left Blackburn College after doing my A-Levels in Law, Politics and History, as well as AS-Level Psychology, and had gone to the University of Law in Manchester.

“I found that the large class sizes and the commute did not work for me, so I decided to leave Manchester and come to Blackburn University Centre.

"I have always been passionate about Law, so I thought it would be best if I came back to the place that inspired me to do it in the first place. Since returning, I have also become the University Centre's Students' Union President.

“My tutors always push me to be better - to do better when it comes to assignments and exams. Law lecturer Wai Mo has given me a lot of advice this year which has turned into a massive increase in my grades.

“This has been done through regular one-to-ones and assignment feedback, which are more accessible at Blackburn University Centre due to the smaller class sizes.

“After I finish my degree, I plan to come back and do my Masters. After my Masters, I would either like to be involved in Politics or become a Barrister and maybe do my PhD.”
