“Throughout the whole process of my University journey my tutors have been on hand with information, support and advice.
“When I graduate, I plan on staying in the Hospitality Industry and becoming a Hospitality Manager. I have a lot of passion for and background in the industry.”
Speaking about remote learning during the Coronavirus lockdown, Gemma also said: “The support that tutors Michelle Wild and Claire Needham have both shown and given to all of the students in my group through this unprecedented time has been second to none.
“I feel confident that if I need advice, support or assistance I can call upon them both.
“The use of Microsoft Teams and Michelle and Claire’s continued commitment to making sure we are all up to date with information and support has benefitted me and kept me positive whilst studying from home.
“I just want to say a huge thank you to them both as I can only imagine the pressure they are under with having to work from home and be consistent with their workload, as well as dealing with other pressures at home.”
